My family and I had such a wonderful time at Nick and Kayla’s place. We highly recommend this home. It is spread out and in a beautiful neighborhood right across ocean Avenue from the water. It’s a quick drive to town. We cannot say enough wonderful things.

We had a great stay. This place was very spacious and extremely clean. Seriously, there’s tons of room. It’s close to the beach and many local attractions while still being easy to reach. On top of that, the hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Nick and Kayla’s home was a peaceful break for us in the midst of chaos. We stayed here while the final phase of our home was being finished. Dreamy location across from ocean. You can hear the surf and the seagulls. Deer run through the property quite a bit and every time is just as magical. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Was a perfect home away from home!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nick & Kayla's place. It was the nicest of the Air BNB's we've stayed at. Their place was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was great for us, as it was about 10 minutes from the USM Gorham campus and about 20 minutes from downtown Portland. Highly recommend.

Thank you for creating this comfortable spot in Saco. We enjoyed our brief stay and appreciated that Nick and Kayla provided clear instructions and were very responsive. The space was clean, modern, and spacious with a cozy feel. Close to shops in Saco and Biddeford and a 20-25 minute drive to Portland.

Nick and Kayla’s were great host, always quick to respond to questions and allowed my family and I to check in early. Their home was cozy, clean and had all the amenities you can think of. Nick and Kayla’s attention to detail was great and they thought of everything, from their coffee nook to the stair dividers for any pets or children. Overall, it was a fantastic stay/home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay at this ski-in/ski-out property at Sunday River. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place itself was exactly as pictured—modern, clean, and very comfortable. The ski-in/ski-out access was truly a highlight and made our trip so convenient and enjoyable. This was our first time visiting Sunday River, and we absolutely loved it. We’re already looking forward to coming back! I highly recommend this property, the hosts, and the overall experience at Sunday River.
