This place is an absolute gem and the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in so far. The location is unbeatable, with great restaurants in both Saco and Biddeford just minutes away, plus grocery stores, pharmacies, and everything you might need nearby. The proximity to beaches and walking trails was a huge highlight. We spent so much time outdoors with our dog enjoying the beautiful scenery. The house itself is stunning: beautifully remodeled, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen was spacious and dreamy, with high-quality cookware, plenty of storage, and a gorgeous island that made cooking and dining such a pleasure. The furniture and beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the master bathroom was fantastic. We stayed for an extended time and truly loved every minute. Nick was always incredibly helpful and responded to our questions almost immediately. Highly recommend this property!

This place was perfect! Super easy to check in and out, the house is beautiful and spacious! My family and I loved it! We came up to Wells because I ran the Maine Coast Marathon and the location was ideal, I got to walk to the start line. It is also close to a lot of really good restaurants and bars! I’d love to come back in the summer time and really explore the town more and go to the beach! The view of the ocean from the deck was taunting us:) I would absolutely recommend this place for any kind of stay, Nick&Kayla made it super easy for us as they gave clear instructions on everything!

Great location, close to Portland and accessible for points further east. Very nice restaurants nearby. Also great for our pets and there’s a nature preserve directly opposite with great dog walk options. Access to the water also a big plus as small beach for foraging when the tides out. Would definitely book again if circumstances warrant….

This was the perfect spot for our group to stay while visiting family in Westbrook. Kayla was so accommodating when we decided to bring our dog and two extra guests. Communication with her was easy and quick. This home is beautiful, comfortable, spotless and in a great location. The fully stocked coffee bar was a hit with our family! We will definitely be booking with Kayla again the next time we are in town. I highly recommend this home!

April school vacation week spent with extended family. This home was everything and more, the amount of space was perfect for the kids and adults, the kids enjoyed the pool, too cold for some of us, campfire and s’mores was fun at night, walks to the beach, meals cooked in beautiful, well equipped kitchen, Nick was quick to respond with questions we had asked, close to Portland and Freeport for daily activities. I would love to return in warmer weather and would definitely recommend this home to people.

Nick and Kayla were gray to workforce with. They were very responsive and very respectful. Their place was great. Even though we were only there for two nights, it was a wonderful place to stay. Just feet to the beach. I would 100% stay here again if it was available and we even got to bring our two small dogs with us. The wife lived the place, which is always a plus. I give their place an A+++ Thank you for letting us stay.

Our group of two families stayed at Nick & Kayla’s for a long weekend and it was perfect. There is so much space to spread out and for the kids to play, and the house is super accessible to downtown Portland. Two king bedrooms is also so nice when multiple families are staying together! Everyone was so comfortable all weekend. We are already planning another trip back!

What an incredible stay! The house and location couldn’t have been better. We hosted a family gathering for a sibling’s birthday, and it was the perfect setup—everyone had their own space and privacy, while the common areas were ideal for spending time together. The amenities were top-notch, and the setting—nestled between the water and the most charming market—felt like a dream. Nick and Kayla were exceptional hosts, thoughtful and accommodating to both us and our dogs. Would absolutely recommend—an easy 10/10 experience.

Wow! What a lovely rental! We were truly amazed how beautiful and spacious the space was. The decor and comfort of everything you would need was provided. It was top notch clean and the host was kind and very thoughtful. This place is a hidden gem and it will absolutely not disappoint. The best rental for a great price.

Nice spot - can see the ocean from the windows and deck. Easy walk to the water. Place was spacious and clean - nicely decorated. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful!
