The house is absolutley amazing. Everything was perfect. Way more then expected. Clean, new furnishings, organized. The owners were responsive and attentive. The view is amazing. We will be back! Best AirBNB yet!

This was our second time staying here. And once again, it was absolutely perfect for us. The place is absolutely perfect inside very large rooms and super quiet. Anything and everything you would need for your stay is provided. This is my go to place when I’m in the Portland area for fun nights with my family.

The house is beautiful with an amazing view. It is spacious and if you have a large group everybody will have a place to relax and also gather together. It was perfect for our needs and would be wonderful in the summer with the beach access and incredible views of the water.

Our stay was AWESOME! The house was very clean, equipped with everything we needed specially for the kids, they had a lot of details that made our stay very special. We were there during winter so we had a lot of snow but to our surprise they shoved the snow the next day so we didn’t have any issue to leave the house and visit other places. The pictures don’t lie and the hosts are the best!

We stayed at the house between Christmas and New Years. There were five of us and so the bedroom/bathroom situation worked out fine. The fenced in yard was a big plus as we also have a dog. The house was beautiful and in a very nice location. It was walking distance to a few restaurants and driving distance to many more. Pleasant Mountain is only about 15 min away and had a nice range of ski slopes for beginners on up. The house was very clean and well appointed. Nick and Kayla were very responsive to our messages to them and always replied within just a few minutes. Overall, we had a really nice time and would recommend Nick and Kayla.

We booked this Falmouth home as a holiday gathering place — one where my whole family could be together, comfortably, for Christmas. And it delivered! There was plenty of space and privacy for everyone to sleep and relax, including a bunk room for the cousins, and ample spots for indoor recreation during the cold weather. The kitchen and living/dining area was great for everyone to hang out while preparing meals, and provided a beautiful view, especially at sunrise, over Cousins Island. The location was great — a very short drive from Portland, close to plenty of grocery shopping and other conveniences, but at the end of a very quiet street. With easy access to the shoreline, we enjoyed low tide walks along the water (brisk, but pretty!). Everything about the home was tidy, clean, and well-organized, Nick & Kayla are excellent and experienced hosts, and we would enthusiastically recommend staying here — especially with a group!

Clean and welcoming home! There was plenty of space for the four of us and the location was very convenient to downtown Kennebunkport. We also enjoyed the short distance to the water for our seaside walks which were amazing! Neighborhood and area was quiet and peaceful. Great spot for a relaxing getaway!

Nick and Kayla came to our rescue after a failed booking at another place for Christmas week. They responded right away and booked us the same day - even let us check in a little early! We spent a quiet snowy Christmas with our family at their place, cooked some great meals in the beautiful kitchen, and enjoyed the snowscape through the large picture windows. The house was warm and cozy and we felt at home right away. Thanks! We’ll be back!

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, Nick & Kayla were so nice and very attentive. We had an amazing time staying at Nick & Kayla’s home in Kennebunkport over the Christmas Prelude weekend. Our family is very familiar with KPT but never stayed in this specific location and would definitely stay again! Nick and Kayla were incredibly friendly and responsive.
