The home is located in a quiet, safe and inclusive residential neighborhood. You'll see kids riding bikes down the street and neighbors walking their dogs. The driveway can fit 6 vehicles and there is a Park and Ride about 7 minutes from the home if needed for additional parking.
Guest Access
There are three standing AC units installed in the summer months - one in each bedroom. The other areas of the house (living rooms, dining room and kitchen) do not have AC as they are large, open spaces. The house generally gets a good breeze in the summer and opening the windows cools it down pretty well. We also have portable fans available for guest use. Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. There are a couple rooms and closets which are locked and are marked private. You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home. There is a high chair and pack n' play always at the listing that is available for guests to use.
