Guest Access

Please note the condo is on the third floor of the building and there is no elevator. Guests will need to climb about 15 stairs to get to the second floor of the building, and then another 25 stairs once you enter the unit to get up to the living space. There are two window AC units installed in the summer months - one in the living room and one in the queen bedroom. We also have portable fans available for guest use. Guests will have access to all rooms and amenities. You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home. The condo includes one free parking pass at the Gateway Garage located directly behind the building. You'll need to retrieve the access card from the condo first. $50 fee if the parking pass is not returned upon guest checkout. Amazon packages or others can be delivered to the lobby for your convenience. We have a single stroller available for guest use as well.

This location is extremely walkable to almost all major restaurants, bars and attractions on the peninsula. We have 1 free parking pass to the Westin Hotel located directly behind our building for our guests to use. If you need parking for an additional car: On Deering Street there is 1 hour parking from 9AM-5PM. Open after 5PM and on weekends. There is metered parking on High and on Congress Street. Open after 5PM and on weekends. Cheapest long term parking is on 45 Spring Street just a quarter mile away.

Had the pleasure of staying at Nick & Kayla’s great Portland space and loved everything about it- appropriately priced, great location, amenities and superior communications from them made our 3 days in Portland fabulous. The locations is perfect for people who want to become part of a neighborhood and experience the REAL Portland outside of The port.

Nick & Kayla are great hosts and the place was perfect - close to everything. They also provided lots a great recommendations, from places to eat, to events, and things to do in Portland. The condo was sparkling clean and is located in a great area. You don't need a car to visit the whole area (The free parking spot in a nearby garage is a giant plus). We had an amazing stay at this cozy, well-located spot. The space was comfortable, exactly as described, and everything was provided. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway! One hint: Try the popovers at Central Provisions :)
