Moosehead Lake, only minutes from the property, is the centerpiece of the area. Spend your days boating, fishing, kayaking, or paddleboarding, or head out on land to explore nearby trails like Big Moose Mountain, stretches of the Appalachian Trail, or the scenic grounds of Lily Bay State Park. In every season, outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy—snowmobile and ATV riders especially appreciate the convenient access to local trail systems. Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. The driveway, which extends to the back of the property, has room for about 10 cars total. Each bedroom has its own window AC unit in the summer. The first two floors are heated by baseboard heating, and the two third floor bedrooms have electric baseboard heaters. Please note that there are two other buildings on the property - one right behind the house that was previously used as office space but is currently vacant, and a garage at the back of the property that is used for storage of the owner's belongings. Please do not try to access either of these buildings. You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home.
