PLEASE NOTE this apartment is the upper unit of a duplex style home. We ask that guests be mindful of noise as the lower unit will hear loud footsteps. There are no shared areas, and the guest entrances and driveways are on opposite sides of the house. Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. Please note the wood burning fireplace is not to be used by guests for liability reasons. The entire home is heated by central air. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles in the driveway, depending on vehicle size. The garage is locked for the owner's personal storage. To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property, a vehicle with 4WD is highly encouraged during snowy months. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lockβ€”your personalized code will be provided before check-in. DOG GUIDELINES: By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone, no exceptions. 2 dog maximum, $250 pet fee (per stay) applied to reservation.
