Secondary Suite (Second Floor – Modern Addition) Located above the primary suite, this queen-size bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a work desk, and stunning second-story ocean views. This home is located down a private road in Falmouth Foreside. Please note that there is one additional house located past our home, so you may occasionally see cars passing the front of the house. Falmouth Foreside is known for its charming waterfront neighborhoods and close proximity to Portland.
Guest Access
Please note that there is one additional house located past our home, so you may occasionally see cars passing the front of the house. The staircase to the 2nd floor of the historic wing is steep, so caution should be exercised. Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. There is parking in the top driveway for 2-3 vehicles, and parking in the lower driveway for 4-5 more. Guests are welcome to use the home’s 2 car garage, as well as the washer and dryer located in the basement. All bedrooms, except the office, will have window AC units in the summer. The large common areas of the house do not have AC but have many windows perfectly positioned to catch all the afternoon ocean breezes. We also have portable fans in each room. Swim shoes are recommended if enjoying the home's private beach area! All fireplaces in the home are ornamental and NOT for guest use. You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home. 2 dog maximum, $200 pet fee applied to reservation.
