This was a wonderful place for our family vacation. We loved being able to walk to the beach and having a spacious kitchen and living room for meals and hanging out together. The house was clean and well organized and had everything we needed for a great stay. Thank you!

Nick and Kayla’s place was fantastic! It was very clean and had all the amenities they listed. We were able to grill and have a fire both nights we were there! The beds were very comfy and every room had a TV with Netflix, Hulu, etc ready to go. The location is perfect, being a 10-15min drive from Portland and 25min from Sebago (depending on which part of the lake you’re going to). The only downside was that the house is facing a main road so the cars can be a little noisy during the day, but at night it was very quiet and the wooded backyard made it feel more isolated! We would definitely stay here again!

My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house itself was very clean and in a peaceful, private location. It was a manageable distance between Portland and Kennebunkport so it worked out well for us to hit both on different days. Check-in process was simple (host messaged us and let us check in early as well) , would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Our family enjoyed a terrific stay in Falmouth! After an incredibly busy summer, we were excited to visit the greater Portland area for the first time, and the property provided the perfect place to relax and unwind. The house was beautiful with New England coastal charm throughout, and very well-appointed with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The hosts have put a lot of thought and care into the home’s amenities, and we felt very much at home from the moment we walked in. The backyard was also spacious, private, and thoughtfully appointed, with plenty of room for outdoor relaxation and dining. The property’s hosts, Nick and Kayla, were very easy to communicate with, and they responded quickly to our messages throughout our booking process and stay. It is clear they want their guests to enjoy their stay in every way possible, and we definitely did so during our trip! We very much look forward to visiting again soon!!

Nick & Kayla's place was great! Very spacious and bright, and the fenced in backyard was a huge plus for our two doggos. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with all the spices and utensils and cooking supplies we needed (they even had za'atar!). The hosts were very friendly and communicative, and the place was a short drive away from the beach (about 15 minutes) which was perfect for us. We didn't get a chance to use the grill but it was great to know that was there as well! Also super nice having two full bathrooms for the six of us to use. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Spacious, clean, and incredibly convenient - just a short walk to the nearest supermarket and close access to downtown Saco and Biddeford. The house was also full of thoughtful little touches like chargers next to the bed in the master bedroom. We had a great experience in this home!

We recently stayed here for a week and had a wonderful vacation at the beautiful Maine beaches. The apartment is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Our family of six and our Labrador were all very comfortable and happy here. You can tell the host is very thoughtful—the place is well-organized and equipped with everything you might need. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next time!

Nick & Kayla have a wonderful Airbnb. We visit Maine every year and try out new locations. It is 20-30 minutes from Portland and Kennebunk. This year we traveled with our infant and they provided us with baby accommodations which we thought was wonderful and a thoughtful gesture. Overall, Airbnb was very clean and as described.

We had a lovely stay at Nick and Kayla's. The house was exactly as described in the photos and listing. The area is very quiet and the fenced in backyard was a big plus for our dogs. House was super clean upon our arrival. Definitely would recommend this property and would return.

We booked this house last minute and it was an absolute GEM to walk into. The house looked clean and smelled so fresh! The floors were immaculately clean, and I am a little bit of a clean snob myself… this house more than passed my expectations! The house had a great layout and was only about a 5 min drive into Dock Square which we loved! The home itself is tucked away from the road to give peace and privacy which we loved for when you need a break from the hustle and bustle. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and I would recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Kennebunkport!
