We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and love to come back again!

Our stay at the house was wonderful. The house was exactly as advertised and thoroughly cleaned. It was fully stocked with kitchen supplies and comfortable for 7 of us. However, it was the little details that were added that truly made our stay exceptional. The fully stocked coffee bar (everything you might want in the mornings), the wagon to take supplies to the beach, the chairs to relax at the beach, the ice packs in the freezer, and even a carafe for coffee (because one pot is never enough). The house has a balcony to enjoy early mornings with a view of the ocean. A comfy couch to look out at the trees and greenery of the area around. We truly treasured our time here and would highly recommend both the house and the help of Nick and Kayla. They responded quickly and were always kind and helpful. I would have to say this was one of the best AirBnB stays I have ever had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is spacious and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. Loved the coffee bar and well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our coffee on the screened porch in the mornings. We will be back! Thank you for everything Nick & Kayla!

Nick and Kayla were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. They were the perfect hosts. The apartment looked exactly as described and very easy to get to everywhere in town. Big plus- the place was dog friendly!

This was our first trip to Maine, and it was truly memorable! We really lucked out with the weather, which made everything even better. The location of the home was even closer to the beach than we expected—such a pleasant surprise. We had a blast spending time at the beach and really appreciated the provided chairs and umbrellas. It made our days so relaxing and convenient. I would definitely recommend this home to other families looking for a great beach getaway!

We had such a lovely stay. We weren't prepared for how beautiful the neighborhood and yard was -- truly stunning. The house was very clean and comfortable, with updated furniture and very nice appliances. We enjoyed using the fire pit and found the hosts to be very responsive. We hope to stay again!

We were two families with 3 adults and 3 kids and we had a great time in this house. The hosts were very responsive and the house has gone thru a thoughtful modern makeover with lots of amenities. The kitchen is very well equipped, the family room has lots of kids toys and books and the backyard/patio is a total gem. We also loved proximity to kennebunk/kennebunkport and also made it to Portland. Highly recommend especially for families!

My family and I just finished a four night stay. We had an exceptional experience staying at this property. First, the home is in brand new condition. When I say brand new, I mean everything! There isn’t a single thing I would change. The hosts were fantastic to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and would absolutely return for another stay without hesitation.

Nick & Kayla's place is very convenient; close to supermarket & most especially to Portland. The house is spacious, clean, & well supplied. What I really love about the house is that Nick & Kayla provided a complete mini coffee bar for the guests & the bathroom is well equipped with basic essentials & clean towels. Extra blankets, sheets, & pillows are provided as well. The beds are comfortable to sleep at. The hosts responds promptly & flexible in making suggestions/recommendations. I highly recommend this place for convenience & comfort; will definitely book here again if ever.
