This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood right at the top of Town Landing. Town Landing is the largest recreational anchorage/mooring field north of Marblehead, Massachusetts. There is a public beach and boat launch. There are also benches for enjoying the scenic views of Casco Bay. Falmouth Foreside is known for its charming waterfront neighborhoods and close proximity to Portland. Town Landing Market, a charming iconic marketplace, is directly across the street providing a convenient spot to grab any goodies you might have forgotten on your way into town.
Guest Access
The driveway is located in the back of the home and The Nest is allowed parking for 2 cars. Please note this driveway is shared with Titan at Town Landing (the large home attached to the other side of the property’s garage). The whole parking area can fit 6 cars, so we allow 4 spots for guests of the Titan. Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. The washer and dryer located outside of the bathroom are available for guest use. Each bedroom as well as the main living area have their own portable AC unit. You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home. 2 dog maximum, $150 pet fee applied to reservation.
