We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, Nick & Kayla were so nice and very attentive. We spent a wonderful Christmas with our family, creating special memories in such a cozy and welcoming place. We truly loved it and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend this home!

We had an amazing time staying at Nick & Kayla’s home in Kennebunkport over the Christmas Prelude weekend. Our family is very familiar with KPT but never stayed in this specific location and would definitely stay again! Nick and Kayla were incredibly friendly and responsive.

This is such a fantastic place to stay in Portland! Great location, secure building, clean and adorable! Perfect for our girls weekend in Portland. Kayla and Nick were super responsive, great instructions, and all around helpful and friendly! Will definitely stay here again for future trips!

This rental was exactly what we needed. The property was clean, new, and had a gorgeous kitchen that was perfect for gathering. The hosts were extremely responsive, and overall the property and experience were truly five stars.

Nick and Kayla's place was simply outstanding! The apartment was everything that it said it was and these two obviously went above and beyond to make their guests comfortable. Even before we arrived, they always responded to our messages extremely quickly and were happy to make suggestions and help up with anything that they needed. My husband and I work from home, so we needed to find a place that was in the middle of everything to save time, while being comfortable when we weren't out exploring. Price was also a large consideration. After a lot of research, this was the perfect balance between the three. The beds and couches were extremely comfortable, everything was very clean, and we only had to use the car to visit the nearby lighthouses (a must see). It is up two flights of stairs and the parking is around the block so being able to walk a bit is a must. We had a perfect stay at The Gem and would love to return. Thank you again for all of your help and a home away from home!

As we made the reservation thru check out Nick & Kayla were very responsive and so kind. The property was so beautiful, great location, and fully equipped to provide a great place to spend a unforgettable vacation.

There was a little private beach! Was not expecting that. The property was totally beautiful, and the house was perfect for packing in our family with lots of kids. It definitely had a dated/rustic charm to it, so don’t be expecting new anything. But it was perfect for what we needed!

Nick and Kayla were awesome. Another Airbnb was cancelled on us a day before our scheduled stay, and Nick and Kayla stepped in to get us into their place on a days notice. The house was in amazing condition, very well priced, and it was everything we hoped for. I’d 100% stay here again

Home was beautiful.. from cozy comfortable living room. Large well stocked kitchen with a coffee and tea bar. Beds were so comfortable, high quality sheets and towels. I felt like a queen! Nick and Kayla were east to communicate with. Would highly recommend this home.

We booked this house for a family get together. The house was in a beautiful setting and everyone felt at home with plenty of room to spread out. Nick and Kayla were super helpful and responsive. I would absolutely book this again!
