We had a lovely stay at Nick and Kayla's. The house was exactly as described in the photos and listing. The area is very quiet and the fenced in backyard was a big plus for our dogs. House was super clean upon our arrival. Definitely would recommend this property and would return.

We booked this house last minute and it was an absolute GEM to walk into. The house looked clean and smelled so fresh! The floors were immaculately clean, and I am a little bit of a clean snob myself… this house more than passed my expectations! The house had a great layout and was only about a 5 min drive into Dock Square which we loved! The home itself is tucked away from the road to give peace and privacy which we loved for when you need a break from the hustle and bustle. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and I would recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Kennebunkport!

The most beautifully decorated place I have ever stayed. It had everything we needed, and the hosts were responsive and checked in! Air conditioning was upstairs in the bedrooms which was great, the downstairs was a little hot. Thank you for the perfect stay!

Not only did we feel completely at home, but the neighbors and locals added an extra layer of warmth to the experience. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. It’s clear that Town Landing is a hidden gem in Maine. Having the market right across the street was perfect for grabbing snacks, essentials, or their unexpectedly amazing breakfast sandwiches (seriously). The house itself is beautifully maintained and full of charm. We loved the nautical theme. It struck that perfect balance of feeling cozy yet spacious. Every room had thoughtful touches and the layout made it easy to have your own space without feeling disconnected. Whether you’re visiting for a quiet retreat or as a launchpad to explore the area, this place truly delivers. We’d absolutely love to come back.

The house was as nice as it is in the photos! The yard was beautifully green and well kept. We're from TX and were worried about the lack of AC downstairs, but we opened windows when necessary and it never got too hot down there. The kitchen was so nice, clean and fully stocked. Our group of 8+dog loved the home and would love to return!

We absolutely loved staying here! Nick and Kayla were super responsive and provided all of the information to make it stress free! It was great with our dog and it has a very large master bedroom! We give it 5 stars ⭐️ and our dog gives it 5 🐾

Great location with awesome weather in July. Beautiful walks around the coastline and the town is accessible by foot (45-60 min walk), bike, or car. We loved the fire pit!

Beautiful and comfortable home w many activities supplied. My kids enjoyed a basketball hoop in the shade, we loved the firepit. My kids loved the guest house. The oven was locked so we couldn't use it, but we never mentioned it to the owners. This house is central to so many great beaches. Five minute walk to general store, and water. We will definitely go again.

We loved the week we spent at Nick and Kayla's oceanside Casco Bay house. There was plenty of room for us both inside and out. The view overlooking the moored yachts at Portland Yacht Club's mooring field and the islands and peninsula beyond was just ravishing. We loved the history of the house, and appreciated the modern conveniences that have been integrated to make even a rainy day a delight. The Foreside area location was extremely peaceful and allowed for nice walks both around the property and either way along the street. We could have spent hours biking along the scenic and beautiful roadways of the area. We also found the location super convenient to excellent restaurants both in the neighborhood, as well as downtown Portland, and an easy access point for trips to Acadia, a shopping trip to Freeport, as well as a boat charter to see Peaks Island and Cushing Island up close. This was by far our best experience with AirBNB ever! We would love to come back someday!
