A+ rental. House was fantastic. Huge, well appointed common space. Bedrooms spacious and spread out. Beds super comfortable. Market right across the street is convenient for breakfast/beer/ice. Great beach for the dog right down the street. Portland is a fantastic city which we have been to many times. First time staying in Falmouth. This beautiful home was a perfect home base for our vacation. Nick and Kayla are great, responsive hosts. Would love to return.

Nick & Kayla's place is a gem! We made ourselves at home here for a week and appreciated the sparkling clean bathrooms and kitchen, comfy linens, and well-equipped kitchen. Our dog enjoyed exploring the big fenced backyard and the dog-friendly beach just a short drive away. Saco is a great home base for exploring southern Maine's many delights, and Nick & Kayla were responsive and communicative hosts. This is the first place we'd look at for our next Maine vacation!

We loved our stay at Nick and Kayla’s!! We found this gem a few years ago and jumped at the opportunity when we saw it was available for our weekend away!! We had two kids with us under the age of five and the house was perfect for us to be able to close them off from danger and had plenty of space for all of us to play and relax. We also had two dogs with us and Nick and Kayla made sure we had what we need supplying bowls and towels at their rental. Highly recommend this property, we will definitely be booking again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nick & Kayla's - the house was immaculate and very well positioned in Kennebunkport. Nick & Kayla were incredibly responsive making for a great all around trip!

Nick and Kayla were very attentive hosts and very responsive. They have a wonderful, thoughtful and clean property. We were so happy we could bring our dogs with us and Nick and Kayla went the extra mile to have dog friendly touches throughout the airbnb. The airbnb itself was extremely clean, especially for being a dog friendly property. We appreciated that greatly. The airbnb was FILLED with tons amenities you would need for your stay, especially in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

This place was great for our end-of-summer Maine vacation! It was a short drive along the coast to get to Moody Beach which was a great beach for kids - huge flat area to run around when the tide was out and nice sand to dig in! You could see the ocean from the second floor of the house and at the end of the street was the ocean with nice benches to sit on and look out at the rocks and water. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. I appreciated the high chair in the dining area for our 2yo. The open nature of the kitchen, dining area, and living area was great. I loved all of the extra blankets in the house, too! Hosts were quick to respond when we needed their help. Overall, an awesome place.

Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay. This property is literally steps to the beach which made it incredibly easy to walk back and forth for snacks, bathroom, lunch, naptime, etc. It was definitely cozy for all of us but we knew that going into it so we knew what to expect. The condo was clean and stocked with all the necessary items for a beach vacation. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!

We had the best visit at Nick and Kayla’s house. 3 couples and 2 kids - the house is laid out in a way that everyone had their own space and bathrooms and didn’t feel on top of each other. The pictures don’t do it justice in terms of the amount of space. There was a few things that came up (a brief power outage due to a storm) and Nick was really responsive, on top of it, and helped us get everything sorted quickly. The house is well equipped for kids in terms of a high chair and pack n play, and all of the beds were really comfortable. It’s a beautiful walk to Walkers Point and you’re a short drive to town and the beaches. Would definitely recommend for multiple couples with kids or families who want to spend a few days in a beautiful part of Maine but have a little privacy when they need it! We are already asking about booking for next year and we just checked out this morning.

Excellent house with all the amenities. Walkable to town. Great assortment of items for little kids. We had a great time barbecuing at the house, and exploring the town. Extremely well stocked kitchen. The owners were extremely responsive.

This stay was incredible! Nick and Kayla were incredibly kind and communicative. We loved being able to stay at such a clean apartment, and it was very walkable to all of our outings in Portland during our trip! I would definitely stay here again!
